These Terms explain use of ourlifesmoments.com and services offered by Our Life’s Moments Academy Inc. (OLM Academy). A signed coaching agreement, accepted proposal or clearly disclosed purchase/event terms govern the specific service. These website Terms do not retroactively change existing agreements or waive rights provided by applicable law. Services are available only to adults aged 18 and over.

1. Nature of coaching

Coach Michelle offers life and relationship coaching, personal-development resources, workshops, speaking and related programs. Coaching supports reflection, goal setting, communication and personal development. It is not a substitute for licensed mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice or financial advice. No particular personal or relationship result is guaranteed. In immediate danger or an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services.

2. Booking, fees and payments

Availability is limited and may change. Your confirmed booking or proposal identifies the service, session duration, price, currency, payment method and additional terms. Verify the displayed time zone before confirming an appointment. Published prices do not replace a written proposal or signed agreement for a customized plan.

3. Coaching sessions and rescheduling

Under standard coaching arrangements, requests to reschedule should be made at least 48 hours before the session. Missed sessions are forfeited and unused monthly sessions expire without rollover unless a written exception is approved. Your signed agreement controls specific exceptions. For online sessions, use a quiet private space, be on time and keep your camera on unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Subscriptions

Where expressly included in the accepted subscription agreement, coaching subscriptions have a six-month minimum commitment, require automatic payment and continue month-to-month after the initial term until ended with 30 days’ notice. Cancellation does not automatically cancel amounts owed during a committed term. Review and accept the applicable agreement before starting a subscription. Any late-payment fees and payment-related suspension rules must be disclosed in that agreement.

5. Refunds, purchases and events

Payments for coaching, programs, events and products are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Subscription cancellation does not create a refund entitlement or remove amounts already owed under an accepted agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective goods or services. Check the specific booking, order or event terms before purchase.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Coaching confidentiality, limitations and any recording or transcription practices must be explained in the applicable client agreement and consent process. We use AI-assisted summaries and inform clients of this use. In couples or group settings, other participants hear what is shared; OLM Academy cannot guarantee their conduct. Participants should respect one another’s privacy and must not record or distribute sessions without permission.

7. Respectful use and resources

Use the website, sessions and community spaces lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, misrepresent your identity, disrupt services or share another person’s private information without permission. Books, journals, worksheets, videos and other OLM materials are protected content. Purchase or access does not authorize commercial redistribution, resale or copying beyond permissions expressly granted.

8. Third-party services and changes

Bookings, payments, communications and linked resources may involve third-party platforms with their own terms. We may update website information and these Terms prospectively; this does not replace signed agreements. Material changes affecting an active paid service should be addressed through the applicable agreement rather than an unannounced website edit.
